It depends on your township or city. Most Ohio municipalities don't require a permit for sheds under 100 sq ft, but rules vary. We can help you figure out what your specific township requires before delivery.

Yes — and it's free within 50 miles of our lot. Our crew brings the shed on a custom trailer and places it on your site with concrete blocks. Site must be level and accessible to our truck.

Cash, check, all major credit cards, and Rent-to-Own through our financing partners. RTO requires a quick approval and lets you take the shed home the same day with low monthly payments.

In-stock sheds: usually 7–14 days. Custom builds: 2–4 weeks depending on the style and our queue. We'll give you a real window when you reserve.

Absolutely. Tell us what you need — size, doors, windows, loft, electrical, insulation, ramp, workbench — and we'll quote it. Most customizations are no problem; some (like electrical packages) need a licensed electrician on site, which we can coordinate.

5-year craftsmanship warranty on every shed we sell. If something we built fails under normal use, we fix it. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties (paint, roofing, etc.).

Mostly pre-built — that's how we keep the price down and the quality up. Our sheds are built in our shop, then trucked to you fully assembled. For tight access (gate too narrow, etc.) we can build on-site for an extra fee.

We level sheds up to about 12 inches using concrete blocks. For bigger slopes, we recommend (and can coordinate) a small gravel pad. We'll discuss this when you reserve.

Yes. We have an open lot — visit anytime during business hours. Want a specific shed held for you? A small deposit does it for 7 days.
